Santino, born in 2009 in Campana, Argentina started racing at the young age of nine. In the past five years he won numerous races and championships on national and international levels. He represented Argentina at the ROTAX Max Grand Finals and at the FIA Karting Academy, where he finished 4th overall amongst the best young karting drivers in the world.
Panetta will enjoy the professional guidance of Bullet Directors Jamie Campbell-Walter, Maria Catarineu and Nic Minassian, but will also be mentored by the management team’s other drivers, such as fellow Argentinian Franco Colapinto, official Alpine driver Ferdinand Habsburg or reigning LMP2 world champion Rui Andrade.
In 2024, Santino will compete in several karting championships across Europe. The details of his race programme will be revealed shortly.
María Catarineu, Commercial Director Bullet Sports Management:
“We are delighted to welcome Santino on board. It’s been a long time since we had a karting driver under our wings and with all our current drivers racing on higher levels now, it’ll be a breath of fresh air to have a talented young gun joining us. Santino is at a crucial stage of his career which can be scary for any young driver but we’re really looking forward to showing him the way and supporting him in the transition from karts to single-seaters and beyond. “
“I am very excited to join Bullet. Their incredible track record assures me that I will be in the best hands when I make this important step in my career. They have all the knowledge and connections that could help me towards my dreams. I can’t wait to start working with them!”
